Our formulas can be taken by anyone who has reached their adult height/weight.

Can I open the supplement capsule?
Our DRPcap capsules are gastro-resistant for easy absorption in the body. These capsules should not be opened however, as it will reduce the formula's efficacy.

Should I take supplements everyday?
All AIME Supplements may be enjoyed daily, with the exception of Sleep & Glow, which is to be used for occaisional sleeplessness, as to not disrupt the body's natural production of melatonin.
