Can I open the supplement capsule?

Our DRPcap capsules are gastro-resistant for easy absorption in the body. These capsules should not be opened however, as it will reduce the formula's efficacy.

Should I take them on an empty stomach?
The body best absorbs nutrients while fasting, which is why we recommend taking AIME supplements on an empty stomach in the morning, ideally 15-30 minutes before breakfast. This excludes however Hair & Scalp boost, which should always be taken with a meal.

How do I know if I need probiotics?
A lack of healthy bacteria in the body can show up in different ways, such as a cold or sinus infection that lingers, or vaginal imbalances such as yeast infections of cystitis. Continued bloating or digestive issues may also be a sign that the microbiome is out of balance. Persistant fatigue and sugar cravings may also indicate that the gut flora may benefit from probiotic supplementation.

How long should I take probiotics?
For the most efficient results, we recommend a minumum 3-month course of treatment for any probiotic supplement. If your skin or digestive issues are more chronic or long-lasting in nature, you can extend the supplement use past three months or as long as desired. There are no risk associated with long-term probiotic supplementation.
