ARTICLE 1 - Purpose of the Loyalty Program

The AIME INC loyalty program aims, under the conditions set forth in these general terms and conditions, to allow members to accumulate points and offer them a number of preferential and exclusive benefits.

ARTICLE 2 - Scope of Validity

The program is valid on the website aime.co and in-store (including Café Collagène and the Glow Studio) located at 16 boulevard des Filles du Calvaire, Paris 75011.
Benefits associated with the loyalty program cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or ongoing commercial offers, unless otherwise stated.

ARTICLE 3 - Membership Terms

Joining the loyalty program is only possible by creating an account on aime.co or in-store.
The loyalty program is accessible subject to acceptance of these general conditions and is free and open to any individual over 18 years of age acting in a personal capacity.
To join the loyalty program, it is mandatory to provide one's full name and email address. Registration will only be validated if all required information is complete and usable. Any changes to personal data provided for the purpose of membership must be reported as soon as possible to serviceclient@aime.co.

ARTICLE 4 - Points and Rewards

4.1 General Functioning of the Program

The loyalty program allows each member, once their customer account is created, to earn points which are directly credited to their account. Once the balance allows, members may redeem their points for rewards, discounts, or gifts on aime.co or in-store at the Paris address.

4.2 Accumulating Points

The points scale is 1€ = 1 point. All taxes included, excluding delivery charges. Each member can check their points balance at any time by logging into their customer account on aime.co.

Purchases made as a guest on aime.co also allow loyalty points to be accumulated, provided they are linked to a valid email address.

These points will automatically be linked to the email address used at the time of purchase and will be visible as soon as the user logs into their customer account with the same address.

The accumulation of points is therefore retroactive, provided that purchases were made with an email address and that a customer account is later created with this same address.

Loyalty points are not granted retroactively for purchases made before the launch date of the program (09/22/2025). They are only accumulated on purchases made from that date (09/22/2025) onwards.

Loyalty points are strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable. Under no circumstances can they be exchanged for cash or used on another customer account other than the one to which they are linked.

4.3 Rewards and Discounts

When loyalty program members have accumulated the number of points required for a reward, they may redeem them by clicking on “Redeem.”
Rewards obtained through the loyalty program are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and can only be used once, unless otherwise specified.

4.4 Cancellation of Points

Points related to a purchase that has been refunded or returned will be canceled and removed from the member's loyalty account.

4.5 Point Expiration

Points accumulated have a validity of 12 months from the date they are earned. After this period, unused points will be automatically canceled without possibility of reinstatement or compensation.

ARTICLE 5 - Tiers and Benefits

Point accumulation is automatic on each member’s account. Three tiers are available depending on the member’s point balance:

MEMBER (from €70 spent in 12 months)

  • 10% off for your birthday (min. €60 purchase, if birthday provided)
  • 10 bonus points when entering the tier
  • Access to Club events (masterclasses, workshops, in-person or online)

INITIÉ (from €300 spent in 12 months)

  • 15% off for your birthday (min. €70 purchase)
  • 20 bonus points when entering the tier
  • Access to Club events
  • Access to product previews

AMBASSADEUR (from €600 spent in 12 months)

  • 20% off for your birthday (min. €80 purchase)
  • 30 bonus points when entering the tier
  • Access to Club events
  • Access to previews
  • Free delivery up to €8 on purchases of €30 or more
  • Priority customer service

Members will be notified by email of tier changes and newly unlocked benefits, provided they have opted in to AIME INC communications.

ARTICLE 6 - Referral Program

Loyalty members may refer friends.
The referrer offers their referral a €10 discount on a first order of €80 minimum, valid for 14 days. After the purchase, the referrer receives €10 for their next order of €80 minimum, valid for 30 days.

The referral program is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Abusive practices (e.g., fake accounts, self-referrals) will result in cancellation of earned benefits and possible exclusion from the program.

ARTICLE 7 - Personal Data Protection

Personal data of loyalty program members is processed according to the Privacy Policy available at aime.co/policies/privacy-policy. This section outlines the specific provisions applicable to loyalty members (“Members”).

7.1 Collection Methods

Personal data is collected directly at the time of program sign-up. Members are solely responsible for the accuracy of their information.

7.2 Data Collected

Mandatory data: name, surname, email.
Other data may be collected voluntarily to personalize communication.
Purchase history and browsing data (via cookies) may be processed if consent is given, notably to manage eligibility for loyalty benefits.

7.3 Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Program management and community engagement (contractual necessity)
  • Electronic marketing (based on consent)
  • Data subject rights management (legal obligation)
  • Pre-litigation and litigation management (legitimate interest)

7.4 Retention Period

Personal data is retained during the program membership and legal limitation periods.
Marketing data is retained for 3 years or until withdrawal of consent.

7.5 Recipients

Only authorized service providers processing data for the loyalty program will access member data.

7.6 Individual Rights

Members have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, oppose, and port their data.

Proof of identity may be requested. Complaints can be filed with the CNIL.

ARTICLE 8 - Program Modification or Termination

AIME INC may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice, with information provided to members.
In the event of program termination, unused points and benefits will be lost without compensation.

ARTICLE 9 - Limitation of Liability

AIME INC is not liable for technical issues or service interruptions beyond its control. Its liability is strictly limited to program benefits.

ARTICLE 10 - Fraud and Abuse

AIME INC may suspend or terminate a member’s loyalty account, and cancel points in case of fraud, abuse, or breach of these conditions—without notice or compensation.

ARTICLE 11 - Force Majeure and Temporary Suspension

The program may be temporarily suspended in cases of force majeure, technical maintenance, or other events beyond the company's control.

ARTICLE 12 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes related to interpretation or execution will fall under French court jurisdiction.
