Q: How do Aime subscriptions function?

- For the Pure Glow, French Glow, Balance & Glow, Hair & Scalp Boost formulas: you receive a bottle in the first month, then a refill each month, and you are charged a monthly amount of 31 or 29 euros depending on the chosen commitment duration, at the time of your supplement shipment. - For the Collagen Cacao Glow, Collagen Moccha Glow, Collagen Matcha Glow, Collagen Pink Glow, Collagen Golden Glow, Collagen Glow formulas: you receive a box of 30 doses each month and are charged a monthly amount of 64 or 59 euros depending on the chosen commitment duration, at the time of your supplement shipment. For non-commitment subscriptions: You can cancel it directly from your customer area, in the "subscriptions" section, by clicking on “Suspend my subscription” next to your active subscription. For subscriptions with a 3-month commitment: you will only be able to cancel it at the end of this period. Delivery is always free (mainland France only). In Europe, delivery costs range from €3.90 to €9.90, depending on the delivery zone, and are free for purchases of €150 or more. Subscriptions are only available on our website. Please note that it is not possible to take out a subscription using Paypal or an AIME gift card.

A subscription that's easy to change: you can change or cancel your subscription directly from your customer account*, in the "Subscriptions" section. *Cancellation is only possible after 3 months for subscriptions with a 3-month commitment.

Q: I am already subscribed, is it possible to change formulas during the course of my subscription?

Yes, you have the possibility to change formulas directly from your customer account. Simply log in, click on the profile icon (top right) and go to the "subscriptions" section. Then look for your current subscription and click on the button to swap products.

Q: How to suspend or reactivate my subscription?

It's very easy! To cancel your subscription: log in to your customer account, then click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner Go to the "subscriptions" section and click on "Cancel my subscription". You will receive an email confirming the suspension. To reactivate your subscription: Go to "subscriptions" and click on "manage my subscriptions". Go to the “inactive” tab and click on "Reactivate". You will receive an email confirming your reactivation and the next renewal date.

Q: Are the refills available for purchase without a subscription?

Unfortunately, our refills are available only with our subscriptions.

Q: Are subscriptions available abroad (outside of France)?

Yes, subscriptions are available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Turkey, Maghreb, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Vatican City, Spanish and Portuguese Islands. Subscriptions are not available in the DOM TOM and in the United Kingdom.

Q: Why are subscriptions not available in certain countries?

Subscriptions are only available in France and Europe for ecological reasons.

Q: Can I temporarily pause my subscription?

Going on vacation or a business trip? Instead of pausing your subscription, we offer you the option to postpone its renewal date by 1, 2, or 3 weeks to better fit your schedule.
