How to join the Aime Club?
Go to the customer account section of our website and create your account to join the Club. This account gathers both your customer information and your loyalty benefits.
If you already have an account, simply log in.
What are the benefits of the Aime Club?
By joining the Aime Club, you’ll enjoy exclusive experiences and benefits all year long:
- Loyalty points with every purchase
- The ability to redeem your points for exclusive rewards
- A tiered status based on your spending, giving you access to even more benefits: previews, birthday gifts, free delivery, priority customer service, exclusive events and offers.
How is my status determined?
Your status depends on the total amount spent over 12 months:
- As soon as you reach a spending threshold, you obtain the corresponding status, valid for 12 months.
- At the end of this period, your status is reassessed based on your spending over the past 12 months. To maintain it, you must reach the required spending threshold again during this period.
When the program launched on 09/22/2025, your status was calculated retroactively based on your spending over the past 12 months. However, your points only started accumulating from the program launch date.
How can I use my points?
With every purchase on our website or in-store (including Café Collagène and the Glow Studio), you earn points. €1 spent = 1 point. Your points can then be redeemed for exclusive rewards.
To use your points, you must be logged into your customer account.
You can redeem your points:
- From the loyalty program page
- In your customer account, under the Aime Club section
- Directly at checkout when validating your cart
Once selected, your reward is converted into a promotional code that can be used on your next purchase. It is valid for 30 days after redeeming your points. Unless otherwise specified, only one code can be applied per order.
What is the validity of my points and status?
All loyalty points earned are reset to 0 after a 12-month period of inactivity on your customer account.
Rewards redeemed with points are valid for 30 days after redemption (unless otherwise specified).
Your status is determined over a 12-month period. When you move up to the next status, you keep it for one year. Your new status is then recalculated based on the amount you have spent over the past 12 months.
