Q: Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, American Express), by Paypal, with Scalapay or by Aime Gift Card via the secure Stripe payment system. Please note that it is not possible to have a subscription with Paypal or an AIME gift card.

Q: How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email. You can also track your order in your customer account, by clicking on the profile icon (top right) and then going to the "orders" section and clicking on the tracking number of the current order.

Q: Why does my order status remain inactive?

Depending on the geographical area of delivery, your order may take up to 10 days to be shipped. You can find more information about our delivery times here. You can track the status of your order directly from your customer account. <ul> <li>If your package has already been given to the carrier, there may be several reasons for the delay in delivery: Incomplete address, customs problem, package delay, incident, re-delivery. We invite you to contact the carrier directly via your tracking link.</li> <li>For any other problem, if your order exceeds the usual delivery time, we invite you to write to us via the contact form, specifying your order number.</li> </ul>

We ship worldwide. The amount of VAT may vary from one country to another. Add your delivery address directly from your customer account, in the "address book" section to display the prices applied in the country concerned.

Q: What are the delivery times?

Q: What are the customs duties for orders shipped to the United Kingdom?

Orders with a value under €150 (approximately £135) shipped to the United Kingdom are not subject to customs duties. However, for orders exceeding this amount, customs duties may apply in addition to VAT, in accordance with current legislation.
