You can modify or cancel your plan: log in to your customer account, go to the "subscriptions" section, and click on "manage my subscriptions." Select the subscription you want, then click "Cancel my subscription." You will receive an email confirming the suspension.

*Cancellation is only possible after 3 months for subscriptions with a 3-month commitment. For subscriptions with a 3-month commitment, cancellation can only be done at the end of this period.

How to suspend or reactivate my subscription?
It's very easy! To cancel your subscription: log in to your customer account, then click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner Go to the "subscriptions" section and click on "Cancel my subscription". You will receive an email confirming the suspension. To reactivate your subscription: Go to "subscriptions" and click on "manage my subscriptions". Go to the “inactive” tab and click on "Reactivate". You will receive an email confirming your reactivation and the next renewal date.

Going on vacation or a business trip? Instead of pausing your subscription, we offer you the option to postpone its renewal date by 1, 2, or 3 weeks to better fit your schedule.
