Subscription
How do Aime subscriptions function?
Monthly : 31€
You receive a refillable bottle the first month, then a refill each month and are charged 31 euros every month, when you are going to receive your supplements.
Delivery is always free for subscriptions (France only). In Europe, delivery fees are between 3,90€ and 9,90€ depending on the delivery zone and are free for orders over 150€.
The subscription is only available on our website. Please note that it is not possible to subscribe with Paypal or an AIME gift card.
The subscription is without commitment, you can cancel it directly from your customer account, in the "Subscriptions" section, by clicking on "Suspend my subscription" next to your current subscription. Please note that any modification to a subscription must be made no more than 48 hours before the initially scheduled renewal date in order to be taken into account.
What is the difference between the trimonthly subscription, monthly subscription and the one-time purchase?

I am already subscribed, is it possible to change formulas during the course of my subscription?
Yes, you have the possibility to change formulas directly from your customer account. Simply log in, click on the profile icon (top right) and go to the "subscriptions" section.
To change your product, click on "change formula" next to your current subscription and select the desired formula.
Important: any modification is taken into account if it is done 48 hours before the renewal date of your subscription.
How to suspend or reactivate my subscription?
It's very easy!
To suspend your subscription: log in to your customer account, then click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner
Go to the "subscriptions" section and click on "suspend my subscription". You will receive an email confirming the suspension.
Important: the suspension is taken into account if it was done 48 hours maximum before the renewal date of your subscription.
To reactivate your subscription: Go to the "subscriptions" section and click on the "I reactivate my subscription" button. You will receive an email confirming the reactivation and the next renewal date.
Are the refills available for purchase without a subscription?
Unfortunately, our refills are available only with our subscriptions.
Are subscriptions available abroad (outside of France)?
Yes, subscriptions are available in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Turkey, Maghreb, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Vatican City, Spanish and Portuguese Islands.
Subscriptions are not available in the DOM TOM and in the United Kingdom.
Why are subscriptions not available in certain countries?
Subscriptions are only available in France and Europe for ecological reasons.
Payment and delivery
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, American Express), by Paypal or by Aime Gift Card via the secure Stripe payment system. Please note that it is not possible to have a subscription with Paypal or an AIME gift card.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email. You can also track your order in your customer account, by clicking on the profile icon (top right) and then going to the "orders" section and clicking on the tracking number of the current order.
Why does my order status remain inactive?
Depending on the geographical area of delivery, your order may take up to 10 days to be shipped. You can find more information about our delivery times here.
You can track the status of your order directly from your customer account.
- If your package has already been given to the carrier, there may be several reasons for the delay in delivery: Incomplete address, customs problem, package delay, incident, re-delivery. We invite you to contact the carrier directly via your tracking link.
- For any other problem, if your order exceeds the usual delivery time, we invite you to write to us via the contact form, specifying your order number.
In which countries do you ship?
We ship worldwide. The amount of VAT may vary from one country to another. Add your delivery address directly from your customer account, in the "address book" section to display the prices applied in the country concerned.

What are the delivery fees in France?
The delivery fees depend on the geographical zone concerned. Outside the European Union and for the DOM-TOM, taxes and customs duties may apply and are at your charge, during delivery. The total of your order does not include these taxes and customs duties. You can inquire about the amount to be paid at your local post office.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and under no circumstances shall Aime be held liable for failure to comply with these times.
Delivery in France
- Mondial Relay : 3 to 5 jours working days
- Colissimo : 3 to 5 working days
- Chronopost : 24h to 48h, valid for all orders placed from Monday to Thursday before noon. No delivery on saturday. If you place your order on Friday before 12am, you will receive your package the following week.
- Click and collect : Pick up your order in our Parisian store within 2 hours, 16 boulevard des filles du calvaire, 75011 Paris. From Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 19:30.

Returns
How do returns work?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the return.
The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must include the product, the order number and your contact information. Also remember to add a note specifying the reason for your return to facilitate the processing of your request.
If the returned product does not respect the return conditions, the refund cannot be made. The orders made on our e-shop can neither be returned nor exchanged in our store and sales outlets.
Attention, for reasons of hygiene we do not take back the skin perfume as well as the products with personalization (scented candle, The Simple Oil, Vanity).
