How do returns work?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the return.
The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must include the product, the order number and your contact information. Also remember to add a note specifying the reason for your return to facilitate the processing of your request.
If the returned product does not respect the return conditions, the refund cannot be made. The orders made on our e-shop can neither be returned nor exchanged in our store and sales outlets.
Attention, for reasons of hygiene we do not take back the skin perfume as well as the products with personalization (scented candle, The Simple Oil, Vanity).
