Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Moccha Glow
- Salt and pepper flower
- Fresh herbs: chives, mint, thyme, basil, coriander…
Preparation
Combine the oil, vinegar, and Moccha Glow in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Just before serving, add any fresh herbs you like. I like to add at least three.
For the salad:
- A few finely chopped kale leaves
- 2 red beets
- A quarter of a red onion, chopped
- Toasted pine nuts
- Toasted flaked almonds
- Moccha Glow Vinaigrette
- You can also add cumin seeds and/or fennel and/or coriander!
