What if beauty was on the plate?
The meeting between Marion Flipo, creative director at Cojean, and Mathilde Lacombe, founder of Aime, gave rise to a unique collaboration, based on the importance of nutrition and healthy eating. The result: a healthy and delicious menu, enhanced with AIME food supplements for even more wellness and beauty benefits.
Chia pearls, raspberry, Pink Glow
Ingredients
- 1 punnet of raspberries
- 200 g raspberry coulis
- 50g chia seeds
- 500 ml of coconut drink
- Crushed pistachios
- 10g of Pink Glow
Preparation
Mix the chia seeds, Pink Glow and coconut drink.
Leave to swell for 1 hour, stirring 2 to 3 times.
Serve with raspberry coulis, coconut chia pudding, fresh raspberries and pistachio slivers.
Raw Cacao Brownie
Ingredients
- 200 g pitted dates
- 100g raw cocoa powder
- 125 g of blanched almonds
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 30g raw cacao powder
- 60 ml of agave syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 ml melted coconut oil
- Pink Glow
Preparation
Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Finely chop the almonds.
Drain the dates and add them to the ground almonds.
Add the raw cocoa. Mix everything together.
Transfer to a mold, press down well to obtain a regular cake 2 to 3 cm thick.
Heat the coconut oil, water, cocoa powder, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Pour over the cooled raw brownie. Chill for at least 2 hours.
Sprinkle with Pink Glow powder when the icing is set.
Serve in small squares like a delicacy!
