90 minutes cooking time
Ingredients :
- 200 g of oat flakes
- 50 g unsalted almonds
- 50 g unsalted hazelnuts
- 50g pecans (optional)
- 50g raisins (optional)
- 50g unsalted seeds (sunflower and pumpkin) (optional)
- 100 g of agave syrup or maple syrup
- 100 g olive oil
After cooking:
- 100g of 70% dark chocolate reduced to chips
- 50 g of Cacao Glow
Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 130 degrees.
In a bowl, pour the oat flakes and all the dried fruits and seeds.
Using a rolling pin, roughly crush the dried fruit. Add the syrup and olive oil to evenly moisten the mixture, and spread it on a sheet of parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes at 130 degrees, then remove the baking sheet from the oven and stir the granola. Repeat this process 3 times so that the granola bakes for 90 minutes.
While the granola is baking, chop the chocolate into small pieces. Pour them over the granola after baking for 3 x 30 minutes, and stir the granola. The chocolate will melt slightly, acting as a binder. Sprinkle the cocoa glow over the top and stir again to obtain a uniformly colored granola.
Serve on fromage blanc or yogurt, with some fresh fruit if desired.
