Ingredients (for 14 bites)
- 8 dates (pitted)
- 80g roasted cashew nuts
- 100g of pistachios
- 120g cashew nut puree
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp. Moccha Glow
Preparation
Place the dates in a bowl of warm water for 5 minutes, then drain and chop them into pieces. Chop 30g of pistachios, keeping a few pieces. Set aside in a bowl. Place the remaining pistachios and cashews in the food processor and chop them to obtain a fine, even texture. Add the dates, cashew puree, coconut sugar, water, and Moccha Glow . Mix everything together to obtain a sticky dough. Form 14 balls with your hands and roll them in the chopped pistachios. Place them in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. Enjoy with a delicious infusion!
