How would you define yourself in 3 words?

Happy, Messy, Good Living

What are you most proud of?

Succeeding in being optimistic, never getting anxious, stressed or polluted... the environment is really anxiety-provoking at the moment, but "anything that costs my inner peace is too expensive for me", so chin up! I'm not burying my head in the sand, I'm just deciding to shine!

An anecdote from your life that helped you move forward?

Having children... we finally understand that we have control over very little... we might as well enjoy it as much as we can, the rest, we won't change anything!

What is your relationship with your body and mind?

It hasn't always been easy, like many, as a woman we go through more or less healthy phases, where we feel more or less good.

In relation to my body in particular, I understood today that in my case, if I nourished other aspects of my life (spiritual, artistic, romantic, good times with the people I love, etc.) I felt less like eating... it's funny!

And then being loved by my boyfriend since adolescence helps me a lot too. I only need to feel beautiful “for” myself, because I have the impression that he is very consistent… so much the better!

What boosts you on a daily basis when you don't feel well?

My grandmother used to tell me “when things are bad, go drink the syrup from the street” and it took me a while to understand that, like her, other people did me a world of good! Strolling through a market, walking along the banks of the Seine, stopping in front of a street concert or people dancing the tango at the Palais Royal… it feels so good!

Otherwise, of course, a kundalini yoga class or a little jog, and life is suddenly much lighter!

What are some beauty and wellness rituals that you couldn't live without or that you practice every day? Do you have any beauty rituals that you learned from your loved ones during your childhood?

Yes, in my family we use clay for everything! Acid reflux, acne, oily hair... so I have it all the time!

But also removing makeup with an oil (often food oil) and washing your skin afterwards with a mild soap.

Your favorite Aime product and why?

The Matcha Glow that I put in my juices, my smoothies, my bowls, on fruit or in a latte.

Do you have any reading recommendations?

A book I love is Moon Astro Yoga by Catherine Saurat Pavar; 365 Days at the Top by Laury Thillman too, When Consciousness Awakens by Anthony de Mello (still on my nightstand). I finished The Pretenders by Cécile David Weil yesterday, which I loved, and my latest book, Good, Simple and Healthy, of course!

Any food/sports/lifestyle addresses?

Plantation for crazy vegetables, Lili Barbery-Coulon's online kundalini yoga classes to get in shape, the Romaine website for beautiful tableware

What is your guilty pleasure?

Melted dark chocolate... and that's it! oulalallaaaaa with a teaspoon please!

What is your Proust madeleine?

The scent of verbena and fresh lavender

How would you define your vision of the world today?

I have a lot of hope in life, humankind, and especially nature!

What would you say to yourself from 20 years ago?

Everything you experience serves you, so live life to the fullest, don't regret anything and never be ashamed of who you are! Have confidence!

What is your mantra?

“We don’t care!”

Your plans for the future?

I'm continuing the masterclasses, I love them!

A new book too…
