Take 2 to 4 capsules per day with a glass of water, away from meals.
Duration
Take for 15 days to 1 month. Multiple cures per year are possible.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women without the advice of a healthcare professional.
Gut Flow™
Occasional use: 2 capsules before a meal if you have difficulty digesting specific foods.
1-month treatment: 2 capsules before each meal for 1 month if experiencing recurrent stomach acid, bloating or intestinal pain.
Duration
As a 1-month course of treatment or occasionally before a meal. 2 to 6 capsules per day.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
