Recommended duration
For optimum results, we recommend taking Summer Glow 1 month before exposure to the sun, then throughout the exposure period and up to one month afterwards.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains caffeine (11mg). Not suitable for children, adolescents, women who are pregnant or want to be, breastfeeding women, postmenopausal women, smokers. Taking it outside of meals is not recommended as well as for people on medication.

Why is Summer Glow not recommended if you are a smoker?
As Summer Glow contains a small amount of beta-carotene and could increase the risk of lung cancer in heavy smokers, we do not recommend its use for those currently using tobacco. We encourage you to consult your health care professional regarding any supplement.
Why is Summer Glow not recommended in postmenopause?
As a precaution, those taking beta-carotene supplements during and after menopause may be subject to an increased risk of bone fracture. While Summer Glow contains a low dose of beta-carotene, we encourage you to speak with your health care professional for the best advice regarding supplementation.
