Why does my order status remain inactive?

Depending on the geographical area of delivery, your order may take up to 10 days to be shipped. You can find more information about our delivery times here. 

You can track the status of your order directly from your customer account.

  • If your package has already been given to the carrier, there may be several reasons for the delay in delivery: Incomplete address, customs problem, package delay, incident, re-delivery. We invite you to contact the carrier directly via your tracking link.
  • For any other problem, if your order exceeds the usual delivery time, we invite you to write to us via the contact form, specifying your order number.
