It is recommended to begin collagen supplementation around the age of 25, when the body's natural production slows down. Taking the recommended dose of 10g of marine collagen a day, for a minimum of 3 months, will help delay age-related changes in the skin and support the health and vitality of hair and nails.
All Collagen powders contain the latest generation of hydrolyzed type I marine collagen, with a molecular weight of 4,000 Daltons. Collagen peptides are formed from the hydrolysis process, making for easier assimilation into the body.
In addition to an updated, more bioavailable collagen, the new Collagen range features specific active ingredients depending on their formula, such as ginseng, turmeric, horsetail, guarana or black pepper.
