Work! Creation, advice, logistics, relationships, stress, doubt, joy, laughter, surprise

My brand and my relationship with my family

When you have no choice, you learn quickly...!

What is your relationship with your body and mind?

I am more and more sensitive to it – I give myself more time, I listen to my body more – The body and the mind are extremely linked.

What gives you a boost every day when you're not feeling well?

Dark chocolate!

What are the beauty and wellness rituals that you couldn't live without or that you practice every day?

I make sure to apply my creams properly, following a few steps taught by facialists. I take baths with essential oils, such as lavender. I also try to think about nothing for a few minutes during the day.

If you had to keep only one beauty product in your vanity case? (cream, serum, oil, eye cream, etc.)

Organic apricot oil!

Your favorite Aime product and why?

Simple Vitamin C Serum , Simple Cream , and Perfect Complexion Supplements. Glowing skin makes all the difference.

Wine and champagne????

Shalimar by Guerlain and Anais Anais by Cacharel that my mother wore.

And Chanel No. 5 that my grandmother wore.

What is your mantra?

Be passionate about everything and hold on to nothing.
