How to boost your natural radiance?
To boost the skin's natural radiance, especially in this gray period, nothing beats Vitamin C. It will even out the complexion and smooth out wrinkles and fine lines, and its brightening properties improve the skin's natural radiance. Aime's Simple Sérum , the vitamin C radiance serum, is perfect for this and ideal as a base for any makeup.
How to apply makeup to make your complexion velvety yet luminous?
For a radiant complexion, the key is preparing your skin before applying makeup. Proper hydration involves a light cleanse, a hydrating serum, and then a light moisturizer, not forgetting the eye area. This skincare routine allows your makeup to glide on smoothly for an even application.
My tip? Add 1 to 2 drops of your favorite liquid highlighter to your foundation for a luminous complexion. Be careful, however, that the highlighter is iridescent and not glittery, otherwise it's guaranteed to look like a disco ball!
For a velvety finish while maintaining the complexion's shine, lightly powder the T-zone and under the eye only with Aime's SPF Powder Foundation using a fine brush .
How to enhance your look without overloading it?
To do this, avoid using eyeshadows that are too dark and apply them all over the eyelid, and instead use a light line of pencil along the lash line, which you can then blend with your finger or a small brush for a "smoky" effect.
The right move: start the pencil line or eyeshadow on the last third of the eyelid (when looking in the mirror it should be from the outside of the iris), then stretch slightly to create a small point that stretches the look. To intensify the lash line, draw the pencil between the lashes to make them denser.
The next essential step: mascara ! You can definitely go overboard with several coats, especially if you used an eyelash curler first. As for the shades, you can go for black or brown for a more subtle effect or with more festive colors like dark blue, green, or even purple.
How to highlight the mouth naturally?
For beautiful lips, whether you opt for a matte lipstick or a glossy lip, hydration should be the first key step.
For a natural mouth, you can directly apply the Healthy Glow Cheek & Lip Cream with your finger, intensifying the middle of the mouth for a "bitten" look, or the corners of the mouth for a plumping effect.
If you're going for a matte lip, I recommend redefining your lips with a lip pencil. This allows you to visualize the final result. The plus: it creates a barrier to prevent the lipstick from bleeding. Ideal for holiday meals.
Highlighter, glitter: it's time to overdo it... But how?
Highlighter is a YES wherever you want the light to catch: cheekbones, tip of the nose, inner corner of the eye, brow bone. For glitter, we prefer a more concentrated application: in the middle of the eyelid if you've opted for a smokey eye and/or in the inner corner for the smoky eyeliner line.
My tip for making the glitter really shiny and especially to avoid it falling all over your face is to apply it directly with your finger, gently pressing it into the skin.
