Ingredients for 4-5 people

  • 4 bananas (sliced, frozen)
  • 3 tbsp toasted almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • The seeds of a vanilla pod
  • 5 tbsp. Moccha Glow
  • 1 handful of crushed pecans
  • 1 tsp instant espresso (optional)

Preparation

In a blender, combine all ingredients except the pecans. Pour the mixture into an airtight container (glass or ice cream container) and stir in the pecans. Freeze for at least 3 hours. For creamy ice cream, remove it from the freezer about 30 minutes before serving.
