Ingredients for about 8 to 10 cookies:
- 200g of oat flakes
- 1 measuring spoon of Collagen Moccha Glow
- 1 very ripe banana, mashed
- 3 tablespoons of almond paste
- 150g chocolate chips
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
Preparation
Mash the ripe banana in a bowl, add the almond paste and mix well until you get a smooth paste.
Add the oat flakes then add the chips and mix again.
Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet, making sure to space them sufficiently.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°.
