Ingredients
- Plant-based yogurt of your choice
- 1 measuring spoon of Collagen Glow
- 1 large banana, sliced
- Some red fruits
- Granola
- Chia seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
Preparation
In a shallow dish, mix 1 scoop of Collagen Glow with the yogurt. Neatly layer banana slices, berries, granola, and seeds. Pour over a teaspoon of maple syrup and enjoy.
