Usage tips

Body Elixir

1 cap of Body Elixir diluted in a glass water per day. May also be put in your daily water bottle for all day-drainage. More intense detoxifying effects may be felt by taking 1 cap on an empty stomach in the morning.

Duration and results

Body Elixir is best utilized as a one-month treatment, 3-4 times a year, particularly in times of seasonal or dietary changes, or any time the system needs a bit of drainage and circulatory support.

Keep in a cool, dry and dark place, in a cabinet or refrigerator.

Brush & Glow

Working from the ‘outside-in’, use the Body Brush beginning at your ankles to create light, circular strokes, working toward the heart and paying attention to hinges of the body such as behind knees, hips, inside elbows and under arms. Brush downward upon reaching the torso. We recommend body brushing drainage just before a shower.

Storage

To clean the brush, rub it gently with your hand or with a towel (Do not immerse in water as it may damage the wood.)

"Je prends body Elixir depuis 10 jours , donc il est difficile de savoir si le produit est efficace. Cependant j’ai 2 bémols sur ce produit, le 1er le goût n’est vraiment pas terrible, mais c’est peut être le prix à payer pour avoir un produit avec des ingrédients naturels. Le 2ème c’est le flacon avec son bouchon doseur qui n’est pas du tout pratique à utiliser , on en mets partout ."
