Puzzle Relax

In addition to being a fun moment (alone or with friends!), doing a puzzle is a beneficial activity for your brain  (as it develops the memory) well as for stress! Indeed, it requires time, reflection and patience. And above all, doing a puzzle forces you to disconnect from your screens: the ideal activity to clear your head and not think about anything else.
